【摘要】 在实地考察调研的基础上,结合宁夏中部干旱带生态现状,阐述了其人口分布特征、人口素质对乡村农业、经济结构的影响,对不同影响因素的作用进行了分析.结果表明,相关因素对退耕还林工程生态环境效益的发挥有很大作用.应进一步改善区域生态环境,加强环境保护,加快培养特色林业产业,有效促进农民增收,在建立生态效益补偿机制的基础上加快发展劳务产业,促进退耕工程理智进行和生态环境效益的长期发挥.更多还原

【Abstract】 On the base of investigation, ecological state and impact factors in the arid area in central Ningxia were analyzed,the effect of population quality,agriculture and economic structure on ecological status were also indicated.The results showed that all impact factors were play an important role in program for returning cropland to forest and grassland for developing the ecological environmental benefits,and it also affected the course of development.It can effectively promote the increase of farmers’ income by improving ecological environment and development of regional characteristic forest.This paper developes human rural labor services economy on the base of law and regulation of ecological benefits compensation which can accelerate the reasonable development of converting farmland to forest and grassland and promote long-term ecological environmental benefits.更多还原
