【摘要】 农业现代化关键在于确立现代农业一体化创新支持路径。必须通过政府适度干预,克服现代农业一体化创新过程中的市场失灵,不断完善农业一体化创新的市场和政府激励机制,积极引导现代农业一体化创新主体的行为;通过政府诱导,实现现代农业创新的制度变迁,加快我国现代农业一体化创新步伐;通过深化农村金融改革,加速现代农业一体化创新,可以提高我国现代农业国际竞争的动态优势,促进“三农”问题解决,为实现农产品金融工具化、农业金融工程化奠定基础,实现现代农业与现代农村金融良性互动和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article argued that it is necessary for government to overcome the market failure in the modern agriculture innovation through public investment and entrance regulation for agriculture in China,In addition,unceasingly complete the mechanism of both market and policy,actively induce the behavior of main-body in the agriculture innovation,quicken up the step of China’s modern agri-innovation,increase agricultural production and operating efficient.One of important counter measurement which is interaction between agriculture integration innovating and rural finance deepen was brought forward in the end of this article.更多还原
