【Abstract】 To construct harmonious Nantong,it is necessary to adjust the economic structure,and now we face the problems like environmental protection pressure,imperfect social welfare,the enlarging gap of income between urban citizens and rural citizens,sharp contradiction between labor and capital.This paper proposes some countermeasures: First,we should positively promote socialism democratic politics;Second,we can readjust the economic structure and vigorously develop the circulation economy;Third,we should draft an overall development plan for both urban and rural areas,and perfect the social welfare.更多还原
