【摘要】 为了正确解读范弟姆特(van Deem ter)定律,使用了ACQUITY UPLC(tm)BEH C18 2.1×50mm,1.7μm超小颗粒反相色谱柱快速分离了咖啡因及其衍生物,进行了不同流速的条件试验,获得了不同流速条件下咖啡因塔板高度。研究表明在高效液相色谱领域范弟姆特定律中的纵向扩散项不可忽略不计,在选用填充超小颗粒的色谱柱小流速分析时尤为突出。在高效液相色谱方法学开发中不能忽视流动相流速的条件优化试验。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand van Deemter low accurately,investigated quick separation of caffeine and its ramification with ACQUITY UPLC(tm) BEH C18 2.1×50mm,1.7 μm column packed smallest particle at different flow rate,and acquired its different plate height.It is proved that the longitudinal diffusion term of van Deemter low can’t ignore,especially at the separation condition that applied column packed smallest particle or small flow rate.In the research of the method development for high performance liquid chromatography can’t ignore optimization of mobile phase flow rate.更多还原
