【Abstract】 Public cooperation of local governments in the Yangtze River Delta is facing the following paradoxes: diversified interest groups and regional public interest,the division of administrative regions and regional integration,merit evaluation value and regional public value.The reasons for these paradoxes include the deviation of value orientation in the governments’ merit evaluation,lack of rules in the aspect of interests between local governments,and the single subjects of public cooperation.The replacement of merit evaluation value of local governments,the creation of multi-level and diversified platforms of regional public cooperation,and the strengthening of guidance and coordination of the central government for regional public cooperation are important ways to eliminate the paradoxes.更多还原
