膜盒式蒸汽疏水阀的特点及适用性分析
Characteristics and applicability analysis of an aneroid steam trap
【摘要】 介绍了膜盒式蒸汽疏水阀的工作原理,推导得到了膜盒内介质的温度饱和蒸气压关系式,分析了阀片的受力平衡,指出了决定阀片动作的因素和膜盒式蒸汽疏水阀国产化进程中要解决的关键问题。
【Abstract】 Presents the operating principle,deduces the temperature-saturated steam pressure relationship,analyses the force balance of valve plates,and points out the factors determining the action of valve plates and the key problems in making this trap domestic.
