【Abstract】 This article introduces the spinning techniques when a ring-spinning-machine is employed to spin the pure colored cotton spandex core-spun yarn. Through orthogonal experiment,we obtain the best technique combination which indicates that core-spun yarn with best specifications (breaking strength,extension at break,unevenness of textile strands and fluff number)will be achieved when the twist factor of covering fiber colored cotton yarn is 360 and spandex pre-draft ratio is 3.56.更多还原
