参数灵敏度分析在内燃机设计中的应用研究
Application of Parameter Sensitivity Analysis in Internal Combustion Engine Design
【摘要】 应用统计能量分析原理,推导出了基于统计能量分析模型的内燃机辐射噪声声功率灵敏度表达式,建立了内燃机辐射噪声声功率与设计参数之间的关系,并运用该参数灵敏度方法分析了结构内部阻尼对内燃机辐射噪声的影响,揭示了结构阻尼对辐射噪声的影响规律。结果表明适当提高源子系统的阻尼,不但可以降低其本身的辐射噪声,同时也减小了对其它子系统的功率输入,从而可降低整机辐射噪声。该研究方法可用来确定子系统的最佳阻尼因子,为低噪声内燃机设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 In this paper,by applying the statistical energy analysis and SEA model,the sound power sensitivity expression of internal combustion engine is derived.The relationships between design parameters and engine radiated noise power level are established,and the effects of structure inner damping on radiated noise of engine are analyzed.The results show that increase of the damping reasonably of the source sub-system can reduce not only the radiated noise of the source subsystem itself,but also to other subsystems,since the input power of other sub-systems is decreased.This paper provides an effective research approach to the optimization of damping selection of engine components and low noise engine design.
