发动机连杆裂解加工关键技术的研究

【摘要】 介绍了连杆裂解加工原理与连杆裂解加工后的质量要求,在此基础上介绍了适合于裂解加工的连杆材料及各种材料的性能和应用范围;对采用不同锻造工艺参数的C70S6连杆进行了裂解加工试验,最终确定了适合于裂解加工的该种材料的连杆锻造工艺;分析了连杆断裂截面形状对裂解加工质量的影响,给出有利于裂解加工的断裂截面形状;通过大量的裂解试验与数值分析确定了初始裂纹槽3个几何参数槽深h、张角α和曲率半径r的取值范围;最后介绍了定向裂解设备及工艺参数,并提出了“背压”裂解加工方法可提高裂解加工质量,获得性态优良的断裂面。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the principle of fracture splitting of connecting rod and quality demands for fracture splitting.Materials of connecting rod suitable for fracture splitting and their functions and scope of application were presented.Fracture splitting experiments on the connecting rods with different forge technological parameters were carried out.The material of those connecting rods was C70S6.The forge technological parameters for splitting were determined.This paper also analyzed the effects of shapes of fracture section on the quality of fracture splitting and gave the shape of fracture section helpful to fracture splitting.A great number of fracture splitting experiments and numerical analyses were made to determine the range of three geometry parameters of starting notch,depth h,angle α and curvature radius r.In the last part of this paper,the fracture splitting machine and its technological parameters were introduced and "inverse pressure" fracture splitting method was put forward to improve the quality and got better fracture section.
