【摘要】 本文以景德镇焦化厂4.3m顶装焦炉改造为捣固焦炉和南昌钢铁公司新建60孔捣固焦炉的技术改造和生产为背景,介绍了捣固炼焦技术在我省的应用与实践。生产运行表明,捣固炼焦是扩大炼焦煤资源、提高焦炭产量、改善焦炭质量以及提高经济效益的重要举措。文章也对捣固炼焦技术在创新应用中存在的若干问题进行了分析总结,为进一步完善和发展提出了努力的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Base on the background of technical innovation and production of 4.3m top-charging coke oven modified into stamping coke oven in Jingdezhen coking Plant and new 60 ovens stamping coke oven at Nanchang Iron &Steel Company, the application and practice of stamping coke-making technology in Jiangxi province is described in this paper. The production operation shows that stamping coke-making technology is the important measure of enlarging coal source for coke-making, increasing coke production, improving coke quality and enhancing economic benefit. Also in the paper some problems existed in creation and application of stamping coke-making technology are analyzed and summarized, it gives the way for future further perfect and development of stamping coke-making technology.更多还原
