苯类产品蒸馏试验气压补正标准的研究

【摘要】 研究了焦化苯类产品蒸馏试验的气压补正标准方法,对焦化苯类产品的馏程范围进行了定义。提出了异丙苯、丙苯、1,3,5-三甲苯、1,2,4-三甲苯、1,2,3-三甲苯、1,2,4,5-四甲苯、1,2,3,5-四甲苯、1,2,3,4-四甲苯等8种苯类窄馏程产品和苯类宽馏程产品的气压补正公式。新公式的补正误差明显减小,适用范围可达79.99~126.66kPa。

【Abstract】 The standard method with atmospheric pressure correction for distillation test of coking benzene products is studied. The distillation range of coking benzene products is defined. The atmospheric pressure correction formula for narrow distillation range products and wide distillation range products of 8 kinds of isopropyl benzene, propyl benzene, 1, 3, 5-trimethylbenzene, 1, 2, 4-trimethylbenzene, 1, 2, 3-trimethylbenzene, 1, 2, 4, 5-tetramethyl benzene, 1, 2, 3, 5-tetramethyl benzene and 1, 2, 3, 4-tetramethyl benzene is put forward. The correction error of the new formula is reduced obviously and its application range can be up to 79.99~126.66kPa.
