运用元认知理论,培养反思能力

【摘要】 元认知问卷调查结果显示,高职生元认知监控能力最弱[1],这是导致其学习方法欠佳的根本原因。反思能力的培养是提高元认知监控能力的有效途径。本文运用元认知理论,探讨数学反思性学习的作用、内容,提出通过创设有利于学生反思的学习情境,教给学生一定的反思学习的方法等途径,培养学生的反思学习习惯,提高高职生的反思能力。

【Abstract】 The result of the investigation about meta-cognition shows that college students’ meta-cognition controlling ability is the weakest. This is the basic cause that makes their learning methods not be good enough. To develop the ability of counter-thinking is the most effective way that improves the students’ meta-cognition controlling ability. This paper uses the meta-cognition theory to discuss the function and content of the reflective mathematics studying . It puts forward that we should give students some counter-thinking abilities through creating good environment to cultivate students’ counter-thinking habbit and to improve college students’ counter-thinking ability.
