【Abstract】 Wheat powdery mildew is a severe foliar disease.Techniques of differential display reverse transcription_polymerase chain reaction(DDRT_PCR),degenerate primer_PCR,rapid amplification of cDNA ends(RACE),and cDNA library screening were employed to isolate and study some genes associated with wheat powdery mildew resistance.Powdery mildew resistance gene Pm3b was isolated successfully.Studies on molecular basis for wheat powdery mildew resistance were summarized in this paper.更多还原
