雪茄外包皮烟根系伤流液中激素变化与烟株干物质积累的关系

【摘要】 对雪茄外包皮烟(Florida)在大田生长过程中伤流液内4种激素(GA,IAA,ZR和ABA)的变化进行了研究,并将其与烟株干物质积累之间的相关性进行了分析.结果表明,从移栽后38~104 d,ZR含量和ABA含量变化均呈单峰曲线,ZR峰值出现在旺长后期,ABA峰值出现在团棵期;伤流液中GA含量呈现不对称的“W”型,IAA含量呈现“M”曲线;ZR含量与根系伤流强度(r=0.832 8)、根干重(r=0.849 9)、茎干重(r=0.856 3)、叶干重(r=0.859 5)呈极显著的相关关系;ABA含量与根系伤流强度显著的负相关(r=-0.681 6).雪茄外包皮烟根系伤流液中的激素是烟株根、冠之间的一种通讯信号.根系通过调节自身产生、转化、运输植物激素的能力,控制着伤流液中激素的流量,使“信号”增强或减弱,继而影响地上部的生长发育.

【Abstract】 Changes of 4 endogenous hormones(GA,IAA,ZR & ABA) in root bleeding in plants of cigar wrapper tobacco(Florida),and correlation analysis between change of 4 endogenous hormones and dry matter accumulation were studied in this paper.The results show that the changing trends of ZR and ABA contents in root bleeding were showen as a single apex curve from 38 d to 104 d in cigar wrapper tobacco plants under field condition.ZR reached its peak value at latter fast growing stage while for ABA the peak value appeared at the rosette stage.The changing trend of GA in root bleeding was showen as a W type,and a M curve for ABA.The correlation analysis showed that roots bleeding intensity (r=0.832 8),dry weight of roots(r=0.849 9),dry weight of stem(r=0.856 3) and dry weight of leaves(r=0.859 5) were related to ZR content positively and their correlation coefficients with ZR content were significantly different.The roots bleeding intensity(r=-0.681 6) was related to ABA content negatively and its correlation coefficient with ABA content was significant.Endogenous hormone in roots bleeding of cigar wrapper tobacco is a kind of communication signals between root and shoot.Roots control the intensity of endogenous hormones by regulating its ability of production,transformation,and transportation of endogenous hormone.Roots can also make the endogenous hormones increase or decrease,and thus can afect the growth and development of above_ground part.
