普×爆BC2S1家系玉米穗粒性状及其与膨化倍数的相关分析

【摘要】 在春播和夏播两种环境条件下,对220个普×爆家系的玉米穗粒性状及其与膨化倍数进行了相关分析,结果表明,除穗行数外,各穗粒性状均分离出较多优于爆裂亲本的家系;穗粒性状是由微效多基因控制的数量性状;穗粗、穗粒重、百粒重对膨化倍数的直接作用均为较大负效应,穗长的直接作用为较大正效应,其它性状通过穗长对膨化倍数的间接作用均为正效应.因此,可以直接对穗长进行正向选择,提高普×爆后代选系的产量.

【Abstract】 The ear-kernel characters of 220 BC-2S-1 family lines corn derived from a normal corn×popcorn cross and their correlation with popping fold were analyzed under two environmental conditions:the spring sowing and summer sowring.The results showed that the ear-kernel characters except the rows per ear of most lines were better than those of the popcorn parent N 04.The ear-kernel characters were quantitative in nature,and controlled by many genes with small effects.Ear-kernel weight, cod diameter and 100-kernel weight had greater negative direct effect on the popping fold.Ear length had positive direct effect on popping fold,and the indirect effects of other characters through ear length were all positive.So,it might be the most effective way to select ear length directly for improving the yield of derived lines from normal corn×popcorn crosses.
