【Abstract】 Compared with the initial strain,the time span to produce enzymes of the mutated strains of Coriolus versicolor was shortened,and enzyme activity was evidently stronger.PAGE gel electrophoresis showed that kinds of proteins were increased in fermentation liquid of the mutated strain,and that quantity of protein expression was enhanced.The results showed that the genetic resources changed in these mutated strains.RAPD analysis further proved the genetic difference existed between the initial and mutated strains.更多还原
