油松优树半同胞家系子代遗传变异与选择

【摘要】 对中部种子区晋南豫北亚区的14~15年生油松的114个优树自由授粉家系单地点测定结果进行方差分析和遗传分析.结果表明,树高、胸径和冠幅3个生长性状在家系间差异显著,家系内株间变异量是家系间变异量的6倍,树高家系遗传力0.6,胸径的家系遗传力最高0.64,冠幅的家系遗传力最小0.51,且3个性状的家系遗传力高于单株遗传力;对油松材积以25%的比例后向选择,油松种子园子代期望遗传增益为16%,高于前向选择,入选家系的育种值为0.99,显示出良好的育种前景.

【Abstract】 Based on 14-15 years tree growth in one testing site,114 open-pollinated families of plus tree from three seed sources were tested.The results indicated that there are significant differences in the Height,Diameter and Crown among the different families;The variation Among families is six times as much as that between families;the heritability of height is just middle,only 0.6,that of the Diameter is the highest,up to 0.64 as well as that of Crown of tree is only 0.51;The family heritability is much higher than the single tree heritability;Taking the backward-selection by 25%,the expected genetics gains is 16%,exceeding 8%the forward-selections,and the breeding value of the families selected is up to 0.99,which indicates the breeding potential.In conclusion I discuss the selection technique,point out the direction for the development and the strategy of Pinus taburaeformis seed orchard.
