【摘要】 目的:了解住院糖尿病患者的病死率及死因,并探讨其主要死因与年龄和病程的关系。方法:回顾分析141例住院死亡的糖尿病患者的资料,并分析不同年龄、性别、病程的死因构成。结果:糖尿病患者病死率为6.30%,死因中心脑血管并发症居首位,且病死率与糖尿病病程、年龄呈正相关。结论:糖尿病病死率逐年增高,严格控制血糖、血压、血脂,减少并发症是降低死亡率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the case fatality rate and causes of death in inpatients with diabetic mellitus,and to explore the relationship between the major causes of death and age or course of disease.Methods:The data of 141 dead inpatients with diabetic mellitus were retrospectively analyzed.Their age,sex,course of disease and causes of death were compared.Results:The case fatality rate of diabetic mellitus was 6.30%.The cardiovascular and cerebravascular complications was the first cause of death.The case fatality rate was postively correlated with course of disease and age.Conclusion: The case fatality rate of diabetic mellitus gradually increases.Lower blood glucose,blood pressure and blood fat,less complications are important to decrease mortality.更多还原
