【摘要】 目的:探讨开同对维持性血液透析患者红细胞免疫、体液免疫、细胞免疫等方面的影响。方法:118例维持性血液透析患者被随机分成2组,对照组:采用规律透析等常规治疗;治疗组除采用上述治疗外,另给予开同12~15片/d治疗。采用郭氏法测定红细胞免疫功能;用放射免疫法测定血清免疫球蛋白;用A-PAAP酶联免疫分析法测定T淋巴细胞亚群。结果:主要免疫学检测和生化指标治疗前在治疗组和对照组没有统计学差异,治疗组患者治疗8周后,C3b、RFER、IgG、IgA、CD3亚群、CD4亚群及CD4/CD8比率显著升高,与对照组相比统计学差异有显著性,而红细胞免疫抑制因子无明显变化,与对照组相比统计学差异无显著性。结论:开同可以改善CRF患者的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Ketosteril on red blood cell(RBC)immunity,humoral and cellular immunity in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:118 patients with CRF were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group,both given hemodialysis and other routine therapy,the therapeutic group was applied Ketosteril 12～15Tab daily.RBC immune functional parameters were detected by the modified Guo’s methods;the subpopulations of T lymphocyte were analyzed with APAAP method;Immunoglobulins were measured with radio-immunoassay(RIA).Results:The parameters of immune functions of patients with CRF were comparable between groups before treatment.After treated with Ketosteril for 8 weeks,C3b,RFER,IgG,IgA,the number of CD3 and CD4 subpopulations and CD4/CD8 ratio were increased in patients of the therapeutic groups and had statistic differences with the patients of control group(P<0.01),RFIR had no marked change.Conclusion:Ketosteril significantly modifies immune functions in patients with CRF.更多还原
