【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻咽癌生物治疗途径与疗效的关系。方法:两组鼻咽癌患者分别进行IL-2局部和全身免疫治疗,用免疫组化方法检测T细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞的表达及胶原纤维数量的变化。结果:两组中T细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞及胶原纤维数量有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌生物治疗以局部应用为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relation between methods on biotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their curative effect.Methods:The patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in boty groups were treated with local IL-2 and systemic IL-2.The expression of T cells and eosinophill and the change in numbers of collagen fiber were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:There was significant difference in the expression of T cells and eosinophill and the number of collagen fiber between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The local biotherapy is the key in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.更多还原
