【摘要】 目的:介绍应用股骨远端解剖型钢板治疗股骨髁上粉碎骨折。方法:应用股骨远端解剖型钢板治疗股骨髁上粉碎骨折12例。结果:12例中有10例获3~10个月的有效随访,8例骨折对位良好,钢板固定确实,达到优良标准,2例为可,优良率80%。结论:股骨远端解剖型钢板具有良好的生物力学分布,复位准确,固定可靠,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce the application of anatomic plate in treating complex distalfemur fractures.Methods:12 cases of complex distal femur fracture were treated by anatomic plate.Results:10 cases were effectual follow up 3～10 months in 12 cases.Fine criterion,which contraposition of fracture was good,internal fixation was assuredness,were achieved in 8 cases.Two cases evaluation were moderate criterion.Conclusions:Anatomic plate had well distributing in biomechanics.The effect of diaplasis and fixation were attained well,and it may be valuably farther popularized and used in clinic.更多还原
