【摘要】 目的:探讨微弹簧圈在血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的效果。方法:在局麻或全麻下,采用Seld inger技术,通过微导管将微弹簧圈置入动脉瘤中,使动脉瘤得到有效的栓塞。结果:本组栓塞治疗21例22个动脉瘤,完全栓塞20个动脉瘤(2例二次栓塞),占90.5%,栓塞加手术2例,占9.5%,无死亡病例,达国内先进水平。尤其是进口及国产栓塞材料联合应用,既节省治疗费用,又达到良好治疗效果。结论:微弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤,是一种安全、可靠的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To estimate the effect of endovascular embolotherapy with micro-coil on intracranial aneurysm.Methods: Under local or general anesthesia,using Seldinger’s skill,the micro-coil was inserted into aneurysm through micro-catheter to peg the aneurysm effectively.Results: 21 cases with 22 aneurysms were pegged,20 aneurysms were totally pegged(2 cases were pegged for twice),accounting for 90.5%,2 cases were treated by embolotherapy and operation,accounting for 9.5%,none died.It reached at advanced level in China.Especially,the using of the imports associated with national materials,which is not only cheaper but also effective.Conclusion: It’s a safe and reliable method of endovascular embolotherapy with micro-coil on intracranial aneurysm.更多还原
