CYP1A1和GSTM1基因多态性与肿瘤易感性的研究进展
PROGRESS IN RESEARCH ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GENETIC POLYMORPHISMS OF CYP1A1 AND GSTM1 AND SUSCEPTIBILITY OF CANCERS
【摘要】 代谢酶基因多态是肿瘤遗传易感性的一个重要方面,体内参与毒物代谢的酶主要有细胞色素P4501A1(CYP1A1)和谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST),它们均存在基因多态现象。有研究表明,CYP1A1基因多态与肺癌、食管癌等肿瘤有关,但结果不一致。
【Abstract】 Genetic polymorphism of metabolizing enzymes is one of the important aspects of the genetic susceptibility to cancer.The enzymes involved in toxin metabolism include mainly cytochrome P4501A1(CYP1A1) and glutathione S-transferase(GST),which all appear to be polymorphic.Several recent studies show that the genetic polymorphisms of CYP1A1 and GST are associated with some cancers such as lung cancer and esophageal cancer,but the results are inconsistent.
