【摘要】 目的:探讨CD44V6在鼻咽癌IL-2治疗前后表达的意义。方法:两组鼻咽病人者分别进行IL-2局部和全身免疫治疗,用免疫组化方法检测CD44V6的表达。结果:两组中CD44V6表达有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:与全身应用相比,局部应用IL-2可降低鼻咽癌组织的淋巴结转移潜能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression and significance of CD44V6 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) before and after IL-2 therapy.Methods: Two group NPC patients were treated respectively by IL-2 local or whole immunization therapy.To examine the expression of CD44V6 with immunohistochemistry.Results:The two group expression of CD44V6 have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:To compare with the whole treatment,the local applyment may reduce the lymphatic node metastasis latent energy in NPC.更多还原
