【摘要】 目的:探讨腰骶椎关节突关节角的内在变化规律,为临床应用提供形态学依据。方法:在100例成年脊柱骨骼标本上,测量了L1-S1的2200个上、下关节突关节角,并对其左右和上下对称性进行了分析比较。结果:发现同一个椎骨关节角左右两侧及性别间均无显著性差异(P>0.05),相邻椎骨上下相对应的关节角,除L5-S1节段的右侧外,其余上关节角均较上位椎骨下关节角大。结论:同一关节两关节面间存在夹角且向椎管方向开放,是腰椎可做三维运动的解剖学基础,对临床探讨腰椎变性和滑脱有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To measure the angles of zygapophysial joints and to investigate their internal regularity on lumbosacral vertebrae in order to provide the morphological data for clinical application.Methods: 2200 angles of zygapophysial joints were measured on 100 cases of adult intact lumbosacral skeletons ranging from L₁ to S₁.Analysis and comparison were made on the symmetry articular angles in terms of the left and right sides, superior and inferior.Results: The findings suggested that there was not significant difference in both sides of the same vertebrae,or between males and females（$P$>0.05）,except for the right sides of L₅-S₁,superior articular angles are larger than inferior articular angles of superior vertebral between contiguous vertebrae.Conclusion: There is an angle between two facets of the same vertebrae,which is open to vertebral canal.It is the anatomical basis of tri-dimension movement,which has great significance for lumbar spondylolisthesis and lesion.更多还原
