【摘要】 以牛心朴子草为原料,研究了提取其中抗植物病毒成分生物碱的方法和工艺条件,以及提取物对番茄病毒病的防治效果。结果表明,用pH值为1~2的工业酒精为提取剂,在浸渍温度为40℃左右,浸渍时间为8~10小时的工艺条件下,总生物碱的提取率为0.12%;采用AB-8大孔吸附树脂对总生物碱的精制效果较好;当制剂中总生物碱浓度为50×1-0 6g/m l时,对番茄毒病田间防治效果为30~40%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cynanchum Komarovii Al is used as the raw material to be studied for the condition and methods of extracting alkaloid against plant virus,and the extraction be studied against tomato mosaic virus.The results show that Cynanchum Komarovii Al is immersed in industrial alcohol（ph=1～2） at 40℃ for 8～10 hours,the extraction percentage can comp up to 0.12%.AB-8 type macro-porous resin has the greatest adsorbing ability for allkaloid on refining process.Exhibited 30～40% inhibition against tomato mosaic virus when the concentration of allkaloid is 50×10^-6 g/ml.更多还原
