新型四硫富瓦烯镍的四种衍生物的电学性质研究

【摘要】 研究四种四硫富瓦烯镍的衍生物,通过循环伏安法和变温四探针法对其电化学性质进行了研究,发现它们都是半导体.
【Abstract】 The synthesis of four novel BEDT-TTF derivatives,the electroical property was studied by cyclic voltammetry and temperature-change four probe methods,was founding that they are semiconductors.
