【摘要】 目的:传统的酚、氯抽提法的基础上进一步改进DNA提取方法,为分子遗传学研究打下基础.方法:人类基因组DNA提取传统方法和改进方法.结果:改进的方法可以得到大量的较完整的基因组DNA,并且纯度达到1.8~2.0.结论:本改良法提取的DNA总量明显较高,提取效率高,PCR扩增的效果好,是外周血基因组DNA提取中首选考虑的方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The traditional method for DNA extraction was improved and the values of the new method was discussed.Methods:Comparision of extraction yields between the traditional and new method.Results:Enough and intact DNA were obtained with this method and purity coefficient of DNA was 1.8-2.0.Conclusion:The new method gains an advantage over the traditional method in total amount,extraction yields and PCR amplification for DNA.更多还原
