以混合非离子-阳离子表面活性剂为模板剂合成MCM-48介孔分子筛
Synthesis of MCM-48 Mesohole Molecular Sieve Using the Mixture of Non-ionic and Cationic Surfactant as Template
【摘要】 本文以混合非离子-阳离子表面活性剂为模板剂,研究了模板剂利用量、晶化温度、晶化时间以及辅助模板剂TX-100用量等条件下对合成MCM-48介分子筛的影响,并与用单一模板剂CTAB合成的MCM-48介孔分子筛进行了比较.实验研究表明,以混合非离子-阳离子表面活性为模板合成MCM-48介孔分子筛,不仅晶化过程中不易发生转晶,而且大大缩短了晶化时间,减少了模板剂用量,提高了产物的结晶度和稳定性;辅助模板剂TX-100具有生物降解性,可减少对环境的污染,用盐酸来调节晶化后溶液的pH值,可提高分子筛的产率.
【Abstract】 The preparation of MCM-48 mesohole molecular sieve using the mixture of non-ionic and cationic surfactant as template was reported.And the impact of the utilization ratio of the template,the temperature and time of the cyrystallzation,and the use level of the template assistant in the preparation of MCM-48 mesohole molecular sieve were also studied.It is indicated that using the mixture of non-ionic and cationic surfactant as template in the process of the preparation of MCM-48 mesohole molecular sieve,the forming of the branch-crystal was avoid,and the reduce both the time of crystallization and the se level of the template was realized.It is important that the degree of the crystallization and the stability of the product were improved.Further more,the template assistant TX-100 is environmental friendly.
