【摘要】 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取蒙药冷蒿挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对蒙药冷蒿挥发油化学成分进行了分析,从分离出的74种组分中共鉴定出37个成分,所鉴定的成分占挥发油色谱峰面积68.06%.主要成分为(+/-)-1,7,7-三甲基二环[2,2,1]庚-2-酮(10.31%),桉油精(10.05%),龙脑(8.23%),4-甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-3-环己烯基-1-醇(4.93%),3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯基-3-醇(4.59%)等.更多还原

【Abstract】 The volatile oil from Mongolian medicine Artemisia Frigida Willd was extracted by steam distillation and was analyzed by GC-MS method.74 peaks were detected and 37 components were separated and identified which accounted for over 68.06% of total volatile oil.The main chemical components of oil were Bicycloheptan-2-one,1,7,7-trimethyl-,(.+/-.),Eucalyptol,Borneol,3-Cyclohexen-1-ol,4-methyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-,1,6-Octadien-3ol,3,7-dimethyl-,etc.更多还原
