PS挤出胀大现象的实验研究
AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON EXTRUSION SWELL PHENOMENON OF PS
【摘要】 本文利用恒速式毛细管流变仪对PS熔体在不同长径比的管模与不同宽高比的缝模中进行了挤出实验,绘制了剪切速率、长径比、宽高比等与膨胀比的关系曲线,分析了挤出胀大的影响因素.结果表明PS的挤出胀大现象较显著,而且实验结果对PS在挤出成型中工艺参数的确定和口模设计有一定的指导意义.
【Abstract】 A constant-speed capillary rheometer is applied to the extrusion experiment with PS melted in orifice dies of different length-diameter ratio as well as in slot dies of different width-height ratio.Relationship curves of shear rate,length-diameter ratio,width-height ratio versus swell ratio are drawn.Factors affecting the extrusion swell are analyzed.Results show that the extrusion swell phenomenon of PS is quite evident,This experiment surely has some guiding significance for determining the technical parameters of PS and for die designing in extrusion molding.
