桂皮酸核苷酯类药物的合成与表征
SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF CINNAMIC ACID NUCLEOSIDE ESTER DRUGS
【摘要】 核苷类化合物具有抗病毒和抗肿瘤活性.为了寻找高效低毒的抗病毒和抗肿瘤药物,以生物体内源性物质RNA的单体核苷酸尿嘧啶核苷为先导化合物,采用具有抗肿瘤活性的各种取代桂皮酸作为酰化试剂,设计并合成了十个酯类化合物,所有化合物均未见文献报道,其结构经IR1、H-NM R1、3C-NM R、M S和元素分析所证实.
【Abstract】 Nucleosides possess both anti-virus and anti-cancer activities.This paper aims at searching for new drugs which are highly effective and less side-effective.Uridine is taken as a leading compound and different cinnamic acid substitutes having anti-cancer activity are used as acylating agent.Ten ester derivatives are synthesized.Structures of the new compounds are characterized by means of IR,NMR,MS and elementary analysis.
