【Abstract】 The paper analyzed the sources of difficulties of universities’ industries in scientific achievement transfer,appreciation of stateowned assets as well as increasing of economic efficiency by the theory on public land tragedy and anti-tragedy of public land,and put out that it is possible to reform the universitys’ industries,and worked out the reform thinks and solutions such as implementing new industry management system linked with property right,strengthening commission management and completing withdrawal mechanism of universities’ industry input.更多还原
