【Abstract】 Research and development(R&D) activity is an important power to promote the harmonious development of region.The performance evaluation of regional R&D has very strong realistic significance to promote regional R&D activity.Factor analysis method is a good method in analysising lots of data for the features of R&D activity performance,because it can reveal facts objectively and avoid artificial influence in evaluation process.At the end of the paper,the conclusion that the efficiency of innovation need to be improve has given uder the analysis of results.更多还原
