【摘要】 “公司+农户”经营模式是杨凌农业产业化的有益探索,这种模式的发展和我国农耕制度有着密切的联系,但随着经济的发展,在实际经营中出现了各种风险,这些风险直接对公司的经营和农户的安全生产构成了威胁。只有不断地规范公司与农户的行为,完善管理体制,处理好公司与农户的关系,鼓励参加农业保险、加强技术管理、规范合约、参加知识产权保护,才能有效扶持龙头企业,带领农民脱贫致富,促进农业产业化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the only national demonstration zone of agricultural high-tech industries,Yangling takes a leading role in China’s agricultural innovation."Company+ peasant household" business model is just an example,which is resulted from the country’s concrete system and condition of agricultural production.But along with the development of the economy,various risks have appeared in the actual operation of the model.These risks constituted certain threat to the management of the companies and the safe production of the peasant households directly.Only by continuously normalizing the behavior of the companies and the peasant households,perfecting the management system,properly handling the relation between companies and peasant households,encouraging their participation in agricultural insurance and protecting intelligent property rights,can the leading enterprises get effective support to lead the farmers to take off the poverty to amass a fortune and to promote agricultural industrialization.更多还原
