【摘要】 教师是学校办学的主体,师资队伍的质量直接决定学校的教学质量和人才的培养质量。目前,“人才强校”已经成为我国高等院校发展的基本方略,所有高校都在为积蓄高品质的优秀人才,充分发挥各类人才作用而煞费苦心。广西高职高专院校也不例外,其主要通过自己培养、送培、引进等三种方式加强时教师的培养,笔者认为,广西高校教师培养应当以广西高职高专院校具体情况为基础,紧密结合社会的发展,并重视配套措施的建设和实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teacher is the main body of a school. The quality of teachers directly determines the quality of teaching and talents’ training of a school. At present,“Talents make school”has been a basic strategy of institutions of higher learning in our country. All the colleges and universities are cudgeling their brains in putting aside high quality talents and in fully maximizing the talents’ potential. So are those colleges and universities in Guangxi. They strengthen teachers’ training through training in their own institutions, sending to higher institutions or bringing in talents. In the writer’s view, institutions in Guangxi should base their teachers’ training on actualities of all institutions in Guangxi, closely integrate it into social development, and think much of building up and actualizing supporting measures.更多还原
