【Abstract】 Looking from the present financing situation of local small and medium-sized enterprises,the difficultly of financing is still its barrier of development.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary for us to develop relation financing.The large commercial banks loaned to small and medium-sized enterprises limitedly under the actual condition and the potentiality is also limited.The effective way of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises lies in the medium and small financial institutions,especially the city commercial banks.So we should open up our mind to guide the city commercial bank to offer the local medium and small enterprises financing service,establishing the financial service mechanism and innovative financing way that can realize mutual benefit.更多还原
