【摘要】 企业技术发展战略选择评价,是从多个可行的战略方案中选择一个最优方案的多方案选择评价。借鉴Madjid Tavana的战略选择评价的“Euclid”方法,建立了技术发展战略选择评价模型。该模型从技术、市场和经营战略匹配性三类因素出发,评价备选战略利用企业内外部技术资源、获取收益、避开风险的能力,为企业的技术发展战略选择提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The alternative evaluation of enterprise’s technological strategy is a multi-plans chosen which selects the best strategy from several feasible alternatives.The alternative evaluation model of enterprise’s technology is established based on the Euclid method for strategy alternative evaluation presented by Madjid Tavana.The abilities for taking use of technical resource in and out enterprise,making profits and avoiding risks of alternatives of enterprise’s technology strategy can be evaluated from three criteria——technology,market and operating strategy.It provides guidance for the enterprises’ technology strategy selection.更多还原
