【摘要】 目的:分析兵团城市和农场15岁及以上居民在身体与心理健康的失能或残障情况,以推测社会对医疗的需求与需要。方法:采取多阶段分层、整群抽样的方法,对4 469户,13 126人进行家庭入户健康询问调查。结果:兵团15岁及以上城市居民自理能力、视力、认知能力及睡眠和精力四个方面轻度及以上失能或残障率均高于农场居民;女性在自理能力、活动性、疼痛和不适、认知能力、视力、睡眠和精力、情绪等七个方面失能或残障率均高于男性;兵团不论是城市还是农场居民身体和心理失能或残障率均随年龄的增加而增加。结论:兵团居民在心理健康方面问题突出,女性和老年弱势人群心身健康状况值得关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The paper analyze residents physiological and psychological health status.Methods:Cluster sampling on various stages and strata method was adopted.13126 persons were interviewed and their houses visited for this purpose.Results:In Xinjiang production and construction corps,the rate of disability and deformation of residents 15 years old or above are as follows: urban areas are more serious than rural areas in this aspect(self-dependence ability,eyesight,cognitive ability,dormancy).The female disability and deformation is more serious than the male,the older groups have more serious situations than the younger groups.Conclusion:Psychological health problems of urban areas and rural areas is focus in Xinjiang production and construction corps.The health problems of the female group and the older groups are worth concerned.更多还原
