【Abstract】 Combining with the practice of management of agricultural scientific researches and from the point of view of science and technology innovation, an effective approach of promoting the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements was proposed in the paper. It includes the establishment of agricultural science and technology achievements demonstration base, opening up the ways of agricultural science and technology achievements spreading, exerting the function of governmental extension departments, and setting up science and technology service network in the countryside.更多还原
