以草代料栽培食用菌的营养物质转化与主要调控技术研究进展
Advance in Nutrient Transformation in Edible Fungus Cultivated with Herbage and the Main Regulation Technology
【摘要】 综述了以草代料栽培食用菌对产量及其营养物质吸收、转化的影响。许多研究表明:选择适宜的草料替代木屑、麦麸等原料栽培食用菌可以明显改良食用菌的品质,降低食用菌子实体中Cd、Pb、Cr重金属的含量。合理调控菇类生长的环境因子,营造适宜的pH值、C∶N比值、温度、湿度、光照等生长条件,可以促进食用菌的生长,提高食用菌子实体产量。生产实践表明,以草代料栽培食用菌要注意特定工艺技术研究,尤其是最优C∶N比值的草粉专用配方筛选以及温、湿度调控至关重要。
【Abstract】 The paper summarized the effects of herbage on the yield and nutrient transformation of edible fungus.Many researches showed that the herbage was able to use cultivating mushrooms instead of wood scraps and millfeed,and that proper herbage might obviously improve the quality of mushroom and decrease the heavy metals contents such as Cd,Pb and Cr.Furthermore,it was very important to properly regulate environmental factors as pH value,C/N,temperature,humidity and illumination,which was advantage to advance the growth of mushrooms and improve the yield of fruiting bodies.The practices of mushroom production showed that the mushroom cultivation with herbage should pay attention to the studies on given technologies,especially on the screening of herbage components with optimizing C/N and the regulation technology of temperature and humidity.
