大孔吸附树脂对白酒中杂醇油吸附特性的研究
Adsorb ability on fusel oil in white spirit’s by macroporous adsorbent resin
【摘要】 比较六种不同型号的大孔吸附树脂对杂醇油的吸附性能,从中筛选出对杂醇油吸附效果较好的树脂,并对其吸附动力学过程进行研究。研究表明:HPD600型大孔吸附树脂对杂醇油有较好的吸附效果,且经大孔吸附树脂处理后的白酒质量明显得到改善,并起到催陈作用。
【Abstract】 This paper compares six different macroporous adsorbent resin,choose out the optimum resin and study the course of adsorption kinetics.Result shows the optimum resin HPD600 could highly improve the white spirit quality and have ethyl high fatty acid effect.
