【摘要】 目的探讨加味小柴胡颗粒联合强的松治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效和副作用,并与单用强的松比较。方法本院2002年1月至2006年1月期间,将60例ITP患者随机分为观察组(加味小柴胡颗粒+强的松)30例和对照组(单用强的松)30例治疗。结果观察组30例全部完成试验,对照组2例因分别并发活动消化道溃疡和严重感染而终止试验,其余28例完成试验。观察组有效率86.76%,对照组有效率60%;6个月后血小板仍大于50×109/L的病例观察组占56.67%,对照组占26.67%;观察组副反应发生率53.33%,对照组100%,以上经统计学处理差异均有显著性P<0.05。结论联合应用加味小柴胡颗粒和强的松治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜可以提高临床疗效,延长有效期,降低激素副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate into the therapeutic effect and side effect of modified Xiaochahu Granule used in combination with prednisone in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) and to compare the effect with simple prednisone.METHOD 60 ITP patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 patients(modified Xiaochahu Granule plus prednisone) and a control group of 30 patients(simple prednisone).RESULT The effective rates obtained in the treatment group and control group were 86.76% and 60% respectively.In the treatment group,the average time for the drug to take effect was(7±3) days and the time for the hormone to reduce in amount was(15±4) days;in the control group,these figures were(14±4) and(23±6) respectively.The cases with over 50×10~9/L of blood platelet after six months accounted for 56.67% in the treatment group and 26.67% in the control group.Side effect occurrence rates in the treatment and control groups were 53.33% and 100% respectively.Marked differences were found between the two groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combined used of modified Xiaochahu Granule and prednisone in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is effective with the effect of prolonging validity duration and reducing the side effect of the hormone.更多还原
