【摘要】 本文采用了调查问卷的方法,就高校的激励机制现状的大学生满意度,调查了徐州市两所高校的本科生。调查结果表明:学生对激励机制的满意度不高,对激励机制的满意度与生活环境、教育学习、公平发展、认可度归属感、人际关系等有关激励机制方面的内容明显相关,并在此基础上提出了高校激励机制改革的一些对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a survey carried out among undergraduates in two universities of Xuzhou city,this paper shows that the students are not satisfied with the stimulation system.The degree of students’ satisfaction is closely connected with their living environment,education and studies,fair development,sense of belongings and human relationship.The paper finally puts forward some measures with regards to the improvement of the stimulation system in universities.更多还原
