【摘要】 目的:客观评价穴位针刺治疗喉部慢性炎症的临床疗效。方法:选用双侧人迎、列缺、造海穴对40例喉部慢性炎症患者(单纯性13例;肥厚性5例;声带小结15例;声带息肉7例)行针刺治疗。治疗前后分别行喉镜检查及声学分析,观察喉部病变及嗓音声学特征变化以评价疗效。结果:痊愈8例,好转25例,总有效率82.5%。结论:穴位针刺治疗喉部慢性炎症具显著疗效,尤其适用于慢性单纯性喉炎及声带小结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of acupuncture in treating chronic laryngitis.Methods: Forty cases of chronic laryngitis(13 patients with chronic simple laryngitis,5 with hypertropic laryngitis,15 with vocal cord nodules and 7 with vocal cord polyps) were treated by acupuncture in Renying,Lieque and Zhaohai of two sides.Laryngoscopic and Acoustic examinations were performed before and after treatment in all patients to evaluate the effects of the treatment.Results: Of the original 40 patients,8 cases were cured and had normal glottal images and acoustic characters,and 25 cases were improved.The efficacy rate was 82.5%.Conclusion: Acupuncture is suitable for chronic laryngitis,especially for simple laryngitis and vocal nodules.更多还原
