4H-2型花生收获机主要参数田间试验研究
Experimental Research on the Effect of Main Parameters on the 4H-2 Model Peanut Harvester
【摘要】 在4H-2型花生收获机的传动系统以及挖掘和分离机构配置参数基本确定的条件下,进一步研究了花生收获机各项参数对收获指标的影响;通过更为全面与多种工况下的田间主要参数试验,测定了4H-2型花生收获机结构参数(传动速比、偏心距、栅条长度)与运动参数(前进速度)的改变对花生收获机4个收获指标(总损失率、落果率、埋果率、含土率)的影响显著程度;分析了影响花生收获指标的主次因素以及最优结构与运动参数的组合。
【Abstract】 On the condition that the transmission system, digging and separating framework are sure basically, the relation between every main parameter and the harvester index is studied ulteriorly in the thesis. Through the experiment on the main parameters under the comprehensive and multifarious conditions, the relation between then the change of configuration parameter (drive ratio ,eccentricity, grid length), motion parameter (speed ahead) and the harvester indexes (the total losing rate, nut-fallen rate, nut-buried rate and soil-content rate) is set out. Then the parameter combination about configuration and motion parameters is analyzed in term of primary and secondary, while the best is gained.
