【摘要】 农机购置补贴从试点发展成为一种农业扶持的长期政策,它将促进我国农业机械化的快速、跨越式发展。由于购置补贴在我国刚刚起步,缺乏实践经验,因此如何更有效地发挥购机补贴对农业机械化发展的作用已成为当前国内学者们研究的一个热点问题。通过对2004年购置补贴受益农户的调查,认真分析了受益农户的机具作业经营和收入情况,建立了农户增收与购置补贴的关系模型,并对采用补贴率的高低标准问题进行了初步的测算。更多还原

【Abstract】 The allowance for purchase of agricultural machinery has developed into a kind of long supportive agricultural policy, and will accelerate agricultural machinery development in a saltatorial way. However, it has just only put into practice from 2004 in our country, and run short of experience, so how to make it play important part in the development of agricultural machinery have become a hot problem that many domestic experts are studying. A study is conducted to find out the relevant model between peasant’s increased income and the allowance for purchase of agricultural machinery by investigating the farmers who shared in the allowance in 2004 and analyzing their status in cultivation and income. In the end we calculate the consequence of peasant’s added income about diverse rate of the allowance.更多还原
