【Abstract】 In order to resolve the problem of harmonious development of water environment and social economy, the paper introduces values of water environment capacity and expounds its connotation, study content and affecting factors. It indicates that the values of water environment capacity mainly include its natural values, labor values and scarce values. These values are affected by water environment standard, the character of water area, water quality, social productivity, technology, living standard, population size, policy, programming etc. It also points out the key direction in water environment capacity study.更多还原
