气吸式排种器压力与转速关系的试验研究
Experimental Research of Suction Seed Metering Device about Pressure and Rotation Speed
【摘要】 通过试验给出了在给定排种器性能指标下的真空室压力和排种盘转速之间的关系曲线。试验结果表明:在一定的排种性能指标条件下,真空室压力的增大能够适当地提高排种盘转速,但两者之间有一最佳匹配值,超过或低于其匹配值都会使排种质量下降。
【Abstract】 The curve about vacuum and plate speed was given through experiment under the given performance condition. The experimental results indicate that the increasing vacuum can improve plate speed under the condition, but there is an ultimate value between them, which exceeds or under the matching value will descend the sowing quality.
