【摘要】 改革开放以来,随着我国经济的迅猛发展以及人口及其消费量的不断增长,工业和城市建设日益扩大,对土地的需求量也越来越大。尤其是在城市化急剧扩张的情况下,“城市化”已成为21世纪初众多流行的新概念之一。然而在城市化的进程中,有很多良田已被建筑物长期占用。土地资源特别是耕地资源的短缺,已成为我国新时期经济发展的一个主要障碍。为此,针对目前我国面临的耕地不断减少的问题进行初步探讨,并在此基础上提出了应对措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Following with the development of economy and the constant increase of the population and the amount of consumption, the establishment of the industry and urban are enlarged, and the demand of land is more and more large. Especially in the situation of the urban expansion, the urbanization has become a new concept in the 21st century. However, in the process of urbanization, there are many fertile farmland occupied by the buildings. The land resource, such as the lack of the cultivated land resource, has become a main obstacle in the economic development in the new period.
